There is so much energy shifting and changing on the planet that your body needs plenty of rest to assimilate it. Yet that very same energy can keep you awake.

1. Use an Eyemask: An eyemask will close down an overactive 3rd eye and bring your awareness into your inner senses instead of the far senses.
2. Pile on heavy blankets: If you’ve been in a lot of fear it opens up the energy centers as well as the joints. Weighted blankets instills peace and calm.
3. Rebalance your Circadian Rhythms: Balance your nature rhythms with your spiritual rhythms with this simple statement: “I calibrate to balanced nature and soul rhythms.” It brings you out of the future or past and into the present so that your mind and emotions can turn off.
